This review has been a long time coming. This contractor came through Costco and I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the work. The materials I'm happy with, we had hardwood, tile and carpet put in by Christian bros and they are all very nice materials.

The hardwood went in without incident and I'm happy with it. The carpet went in mostly upstairs and it is nice except it's already coming up in corners of the stairs. Also the sales guy did they would fix the sub floor where it was needed which totally did not happen, the second story creeks and moans whenever someone walks up there. The sales guy also said they would replace the baseboards in all the rooms they did work in; this did not happen either.

The tile in the master bath was the worst though...they used the wrong grout and it started cracking right away. They came back and redid the tile but when they ground out the old grout they didn't sheet off our closet which is right next to the master bath. So every piece of clothing we own was covered in grout dust when these clowns were done. They did think to use MY fan to blow dust out the window while they were grinding, so I'm sure that fan's life expectancy is cut in half. After all this there is already a loose tile anyways...

When my wife filled out the review form they left and mentioned all of this a manager called and wanted to make it up by doing baseboards in my son's nursery. I was against it but he insisted. Long story short the changing table is screwed to the wall and when they came to do the baseboards they just ripped it out of the wall. They offered to come back to fix it but I told them I'm done letting them in my house.

I've worked construction in the past and this contractor is an example of what not to do.
